Instructions for Online Entries

You may use your credentials from 2025. If you forget you will see "forgot password" on the login page.
  1. Log In  OR If you have not registered in 2025, please REGISTER. You will be assigned to the hunt you choose at registration.
  2. Enter Hounds (prefix and hound name are separate, so only enter hound name in that field prefix is entered separately).
  3. Use the NEW ADD LITTERMATE button to add siblings of same sire and dam to save typing.
  4. Enter Hunt Info & Assign Hounds to Classes. (NEW Save your entry for later completion).
  5. Review all and add on-site information, such as kennels needed.
  6. SAVE and Print details to check prior to finalizing.
  7. Submit and Pay
